Payments and refunds
Crawlvero does not currently accept real-money payments, so there is no paid subscription purchase to refund.

The permanent Free plan and optional trial do not create a charge. Paddle Sandbox uses test data only. Paid cancellation and refund terms will be published before checkout is enabled.
Current status
Production checkout and real-money subscriptions are disabled. The permanent Free plan and optional trial require no card and cannot create a charge. Paddle Sandbox transactions use test data only, so they do not create a refundable purchase.
Support boundary
Support cannot process a refund when Crawlvero has not created a real charge. Do not send card details, payment credentials, passwords, tokens, or one-time codes in a support request.
Before paid checkout
Before real-money checkout is enabled, Crawlvero will show the effective price, renewal period, included limits, cancellation path, refund eligibility, taxes presented by the Merchant of Record, and applicable terms before a user confirms a purchase.
